i'm a woman er a teenager GIRL and i've always struggles with those health fitness tests- especially the pullups and the tests where you need a lot of arm muscle... and i want to know if there are excercies i could try that woul build more muscle into my arms so i CAN do good on those fitness tests BUT as a girl i wouldn't want really big bulky and muscular arms like men want- i want lean and skinny arms but you know a lot of muscle so i could be really good at pull ups and push ups and the modified pull ups and those testss.... if there are any advice, excercises or maybe even a diet i could try- PLEASE TELL MEEE (: thanks alot...
